This website is operated by Brikkho Foundation. Throughout the site and this agreement, the terms “we”,
“us” and “our” refer to Brikkho Foundation. Brikkho Foundation offers this website, including all
information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance
of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein.
By visiting our site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions (“Terms of Use”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Brikkho Foundation reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
2. Only Brikkho Foundation will reserve the right to adopt any animal or bird perennially and also
reserve the right to give any animal, bird or any creature whatsoever for adoption to any person or
anybody.
3. If Brikkho Foundation feels that the adopted animals or birds are not being properly cared for, or
that they are being harmed, the Foundation have reserved the right to return/recall those animals,
birds ./unconditionally at any time.
4. that the person or body who adopted any tree, bird, animal or any creature from Brikkho
Foundation have to disclose his/her/their whereabouts and the information/s and also sign bond
provided by the Brikkho Foundation compulsorily and for the said the said person/body shall not
raise any objection.
5. The trees adopted in the Brikkho Foundation and the person or organization adopting them will
have only verbal rights over the land allotted for the tree. He/she or they will never be permitted
to transfer by way of sale, lease, mortgagee, charge etc. except gift with the written permission of
the Brikkho Foundation the land of the tree to any other person or organization any day, under
any circumstances.
6. The person or organization adopting trees will not have any rights over the land of the Brikkho
Foundation on which the trees will be planted and maintained at the time of adoption.
7. The person or organization adopted the tree in Brikkho Foundation cannot damage any damage to
the adopted tree such as cutting off the stalks, picking off the fruits, flowers or any part of the tree
and cannot use it for any practical or financial purpose.
8. The method of tree adoption in Brikkho Foundation may change at any time. In that case the
person or organization of body who wants to adopt can also adopt the new method of adoption
but it is entirely discretion of the Foundation to decide whether a new tree can be adopted in the
old forest or not.
9. Where, when and how the adopted trees will be planted will depend entirely on the decision of
Brikkho Foundation. That neither the suggestion nor any decision of the person or any
organization, who wants to adopt or already adopted, will be acceptable in this matter.
10. If any of the adopted trees under Brikkho Foundation are damaged in any way due to natural or
other causes, the Foundation will replant trees and no additional cost will be incurred. That the
adoptee will not claim any damages / compensation for the same from the Foundation.
11. Brikkho Foundation will run their work across the country. Land prices and other aspects vary
across India. As a result, the exchange rate for tree adoption may vary depending on the area and
price of the land and other factors.
12. All are welcome to Brikkho Foundation. However, if anyone comes for observation, they cannot
do any harm to the Foundation's trees, animals or the environment or to the members of the Foundation.
Otherwise, necessary steps will be taken by the foundation.
You understand that information you provide (not including credit card information), may be transferred
unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt
to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted
during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the
Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided,
without express written permission by us.
The headings used in these Terms of Use are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise
affect these Terms.
